Gina Gutierrez has built her business—and her life—on harnessing the power of the self. For the past 16 years she has designed fitness and lifestyle programs for individuals looking to maximize their potential and live their best life. And she has the self-starter background to do it.
With 16 years of fitness management experience, Gina played an integral role in scaling DIAKADI into the largest fitness performance studio in San Francisco, transforming the studio into a leader in the personal training industry—and the recipient of the best fitness studio in the city for the past 12 years.
As DIAKADI grew in impact, it also grew in physical space. Backed by self-taught design, Gina managed the design and construction of DIAKADI’s expansion. Inspired by this new role and expertise, Gina expanded her reach—and success—by entering into the world of interior design. In 2012, she launched Gina Rachelle Design, an interior design studio that specializes in residential and commercial spaces.
Gina’s work has garnered attention in every area of her business efforts. Her design projects are featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, Domino Magazine, Parachute Home, CB2, Schoolhouse Electric, Papersource and more. At The Business Movement 2016, her keynote presentation “How to Design a Stand-Out Business” was so popular that it was also published by The Business Journals, a national business journal publication that brings in nearly 5.5 million unique visitors each month. She’s hosted fitness how-to videos and blogs, been a guest contributor to podcasts and magazine columns, and currently serves as an ambassador to the Her Initiative.
Gina’s ability to create, organize, and structure diverse business operations, as well as cultivate memorable brand stories, has made her a desirable mentor for multi-talented entrepreneurs over the last decade. She is eager to help passionate individuals maximize their potential and success.
