Our NEW Custom User Experience Tool (CUE-T)
When a potential customer arrives on your website, your challenge is to immediately spark their interest and convince them that your product(s) and service(s) can assist them with improving their life. One of the most successful methods for building this immediate connection is by (a) identifying your target customer's leading pain points and then (b) sharing the corresponding knowledge and resources to assist them with resolving these exact issues and achieving their ultimate goals. Ideally, you have six seconds for them to realize, 'Wow, I have some powerful knowledge to gain from this business'.
For The Business Movement, with our wide variety of clients (both trainers and gym owners) and the expansive set of resources on our website for fitness business owners, we realized that our customers may have trouble locating the tools to best fit their needs. So in 2019, while doing some research for our TBM coursework 'Upgrade Your Online Marketing Strategy', we began development on what we call the 'Custom User Experience Tool' for The Business Movement website. The tool gathers information about each website visitor's current goals and challenges and then reindexes our website and resources (blogs, podcasts, coursework, etc) to provide the visitor's with a custom list of resources to best fit their exact needs. And the best part of it, there is NO OPT IN REQUIRED!
