DIAKADI’s Green Invigoration Smoothie Recipe

I can't let a Q1 newsletter go by without sharing some 'life upgrading' advice. One of my favorite daily rituals is the green smoothie that Mike and I start our day with every morning. A shout out to my friend Max for this recipe that helps to guarantee that every single day starts with a powerful punch of fruits and veggies. Enjoy!

DIAKADI's Green Invigoration

This recipe makes two servings.

In a blender combine:

  • 2 cups cold water

  • 6-8 Ice cubes

  • A Banana

  • 3/4 cup carrots

  • 3/4 cup frozen fruit (Chef's choice - I use a mix of berries)

  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

  • 2 Scoops of Florasophy Daily Fiber Fix

  • 2 Tablespoons Cacao Nibs

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 3 Handfuls of Spinach
